This service identifies and describes the current problematic behaviors so the client can work to modify them, focusing on an individual’s actions and results. Client’s success is measured with key performance indicators and specific behavioral outcomes and goals. The biggest difference between coaching and counseling is that clients do not receive a diagnosis. Past traumas, illnesses, and pathologies are not explored through coaching.
